This post had me laughing out loud the entire time! Thank you for sharing so vulnerably and humorously about a part of you that you don't love. I get that we should love every inch of ourselves, but sometimes it's nice to just sit back and cackle about the things we would change. Perfectly imperfect ;)
I have a Chernobyl mole. As teenagers, we thought we were cool to lay out by the lake as the "cloud" passed over our Southern California city. Got a horrible sunburn. Remember those Johnson's Baby Oil commercials where they told you to use it before toweling off after a shower? Don't do that with a sunburn (or at all; the things we didn't know in the 80s). My skin cracked and then the mole grew from there. That's the mole I'm most concerned with, but the ones I find charming are there ones my derms carve out. You are hilarious. Looking forward to Part 2!

Thank you! Self deprecation can be funny, even better when you’re truly past the pain. Ok to quote this lovely review?
Of course! I'd be honored
Moles were better than warts!! But I suppose I could treat my own warts with wartkill or something so that was easier.
I don’t know warts but skin tags are making an entrance.
Got them too. Warts and skin tags - same family of yuk!
Can't wait to read part two

I used bottles and bottles of Baby Oil. What we did in those days. Seriously, skin checks are important. Thx for reading and your comment.
Loved it!
I'm blonde, Australian, have many many freckles everywhere (no moles) and at 71, age spots, sunspots, even white spots! And wrinkles. C'est la vie...
But the worst is that I have had skin cancer from the sun.
Last year, I lost of 1/3 of my right ear and over time have had two squamous cell carcinomas on my left thigh and many basal cell cancers removed.
This from years in the sun when no one thought much of skin cancer in the 50's and 60's.
So get the moles checked, get rid of them and urge anyone else to do the same!
Wow. So glad you're passed it. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for the warning.
You have comedy screenwriter proclivities!
Thank you! I do that too. Screenwriting.
Thx so much! I love it.
