Look out! It’s a mash mish, a bash bish (the latter is an actual state park in the Berkshires) of fun, funny, interesting substack recommends for your enjoyment. I’m taking Aging Gratefully on the road. In other words, I’m on vacay. Yay. Road Trip.

First is the hilarious
The former SNL star is here on the stack. She videos her musings every week. Here is a recent post from her trip to the Berkshires where she visited Edith Wharton's house. (Second time mentioning this gorgeous county. Hmmm.) — I loved the title so I subscribed and the essays didn’t disappoint. Here is a great mash mish of thoughtful ponderings. Author Mark creates a new word in this post— watch out Shakespeare. Are you a risk taker? I never thought about Risk Management until I came across
by Stephanie Losi. This particular article resonated with me— Comfort Zones. Have you left your comfort zone lately? If you’re looking for well researched articles on Climate Change, The Turnstone is a find. I usually avoid the topic as it can become extreme in either direction, but
thoroughly researches her information and delivers thoughtful pieces. For my science minded readers you may enjoy this piece about Carbon stored in the ocean.I’ll bookend this recommend list with another funny gal,
Alisa Kennedy Jones. (Interesting that I have 4 women recommends and 1 dude.) Alisa combines hilarious personal menopausal stories with hopeful solutions. Yes, in this article, she says the two most dreaded words, Vaginal Dryness. EnjoyA Fan Favorite From the Archives
Ever wonder who makes those kidnapper hoods?
Have a fab week.
When’s your next vacay?
Hello.
Do you have a good sense of direction?
Our last vacation was to Pensacola Beach, Florida, a 17 hour drive. Would have been interesting to use a paper map! There was a little blip without data, though, so a back up map would have been nice to have in hand just in case!
Thanks for passing on these awesome new Stacks to check out! Have a great vacay:)
